Ecommerce Policy / Agreement

This single policy covers all SpineValue Ecommerce services, including Basic, Premium and any enabled Ecommerce features. Selecting a service or changing features does not create a separate policy or agreement.

Enrollment is closed during testing. This is the current service outline; final commercial terms, fees and acceptance requirements will be published before enrollment opens. Viewing this page does not enroll your business or record agreement acceptance.

Service scope and availability

Your selected service determines which features are available. A business may use Basic or Premium, not both; Premium includes Basic features. The same policy applies regardless of the selected service or features. Basic supports online purchases and manual shipping. Premium managed marketplace listings and shipping remain planned and unavailable.

Store information and customer support

Your business maintains accurate book listings, copy condition, available inventory, asking prices and customer support contact information. Provide clear shipping and returns information for customers.

Shipping and fulfillment

Set the shipping charges offered to customers. Prepare and dispatch paid orders, then record the carrier and tracking information. In the current Basic service, postage is purchased separately. Any future managed shipping tools remain subject to this same policy and their published availability.

Payments, refunds and store settlement

Payment collection, service fees and store settlement arrangements must be confirmed during onboarding. A paid order can be refunded through the available service controls. Physically receive and inspect returned books before restoring them to available inventory. Contact the operator for payment exceptions or unsupported refund requests.

Additional Ecommerce features

Managed listings, shipping tools and other future Ecommerce capabilities use this agreement rather than separate Basic or Premium policies. Feature descriptions and availability may differ; enabling a feature does not change which policy governs the Ecommerce service. Final terms and any policy acceptance process must be completed before public enrollment opens.
